policy, and how could I get samples from you?
We believe that, it may be difficult to make a purchase
decision without reviewing the samples. We welcome
you to request samples from us and test our quality
* Data & Specification
Please provide us the products item number you want,
we will confrim with you for the details.
* Sampling Cost:
The customer shall pay the sampling cost and courier
charge to our bank account in advance.
Remark: The payment of the sample will be refunded
to customer when his order reached our required quantity
which will be mentioned when we offer the quotation.
* Shipping Cost/Courier Charge:
We ask for freight charge or freight collect shipping
terms for every sample order.

- 3. What's your term of condition
and payment terms?
The term of condition can be FOB, CIF or C&F.
For The payment terms, usually we accept only T/T
in advance or L/C at sight.
- 4. What's the price of of shipping

transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight
depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation
way, destination country (airport, sea port ).
- 5. Can I use my own
logo and design on products?
Yes. OEM is welcomed. Depending on the job difficulty
and quantity pricing varies. We have our own design
department to bear new ideas and creat new designs
for your needs. If you want us to design a new style
or produce according to your sample. please send your
technical informaiton and sample to us. OEM Procedure
is a) Technical drawing process: 3 - 5 days after
order confirmed; b) Molding process: 25 - 30 days
after drawing approved. c) Delivery time: 30 - 45
days depending on quantity.
Logo and or imprints can be printed or made on our
products. You can send us the artwork by email in
JPEG or TIFF format. If you want your logo, company
name to be printed on the package of the products
(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card,
the minimum order is 3000 units per model. You can
send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw
format ( 300 dpi ).
- 6. Do you provide distributor
or sole agency?
Yes we do. There are many aspects to discuss before
any agency is granted.
- 7. I just want to buy a few
pieces of your products, what to do?
Sorry, we are manufacturer and exporter only, we don't
accept retail order.
- 8. Do you have expiry for quotation?
Because of fluctuating costs, quotations will apply
for one months only.
